Mom's Spritz Cookies

These cookies were a staple of the Christmas cookies Mom made each year.

• 2 cubes butter, softened
• 2/3 c. sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix everything but the flour. Add in flour 1/4 cup at a time. Chill the dough before cutting. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
