Flank Steak Marinade

This is great marinade for meat served with Chimichuri sauce.

1 bunch Italian parsley, chopped
4-6 cloves garlic, chopped
a little bit of teriyaki sauce or soy vey
olive oil
red pepper flakes
salt
pepper
